PRESERVING GNARABUP

The fragile limestone headland of Gnarabup Beach is at risk of being developed.

We seek to protect and preserve the natural coastal headland of this site in Gnarabup, WA, from the development of a five-star 120 room resort and a housing estate.
A development far exceeding carefully developed planning policies limiting the number of tourism and residential lots.

The Fight for Gnarabup

A short documentary following real events

The Preserve Gnarabup campaign team were interviewed for this documentary by local film maker Joshua Yates. The film gives you a glimpse into the beauty of the natural environment of Gnarabup Headland and the special place this area is for the community and the tourists which travel from around the world to enjoy it as it is…. in the words of John Butler… “It’s still wild.”
Thank you for taking the time to interview us Josh.
