The Preserve Gnarabup protest group has unveiled its latest fundraising plans as it continues its fight against a proposed five-star resort development and associated housing on the coast.

Backed by Surfrider Australia, this week Preserve Gnarabup unveiled an impressive raffle as well as new caps, T-shirts, stickers and hoodies for sale via the campaign website.

Among other offerings, the raffle features a luxurious dinner, prepared by MasterChef contender Samira Damirova, as part of a two-night bushland retreat for six people valued at $2000. Spokeswoman Beth Carlessi said all money raised would fund ongoing action.

“The raffle is really something special, with fantastic prizes lovingly donated by some of the amazing supporters of the campaign,” she said. Raffle tickets were $30 each via the website and available until October 12.

Second prize included an $800 handmade quilt, donated by Maureen Munro. Visit for more.
